UKCP Psychotherapist · Therapeutic Coach
Executive coaching that combines strategic clarity for your role with psychological insight for the mind behind it.
Planned support, not crisis care
Years of experience
Leadership challenges rarely stop at business strategy. As a qualified psychotherapist and executive coach, I help you manage immediate professional priorities while working through the deeper pressures behind them, including burnout, imposter feelings, and complex interpersonal friction.

We make rest and basics something you build a system around, not something you keep hoping to get to.
High stakes, high scrutiny, little room to be uncertain out loud.
Leading other leaders, where presence and judgement set the tone.
High-responsibility professionals growing into a bigger remit.
Showing up grounded, rather than performing confidence.
Thinking clearly when the stakes suddenly spike.
The imposter feeling that no promotion ever quite silences.
Influence, and saying the hard thing well.
A pace your nervous system can actually hold, well clear of burnout.
Becoming the person a bigger role quietly asks you to be.
My confidence soared. Rigorous, honest and genuinely kind.

A simple, clinically-grounded way of working. Three moves, repeated as the work deepens.
We surface the real pattern behind the presenting issue, the thing underneath the thing you came in with.
We strengthen the psychological capacities a senior role actually needs, so you meet pressure differently
We sustain it with light, durable practices that hold up in a real week, not just in the room.
Senior clients describe the work as rigorous, honest and genuinely kind. The change shows up quietly: in how they decide, how they hold pressure, and how they lead
Individual results vary. I do not promise outcomes; I do the work alongside you.
Beyond the headline numbers, senior clients commonly report:
No pressure, and no programme to sign up to. We start with a free 20-minute initial consultation to see whether we are a good fit.
No packages to decode and no insurance panels. The first step is always a free call.

Studied CBT at King's College London
I am Sabbir Ahmed, a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and EMCC-accredited executive coach. I trained in the NHS at the Tavistock and Portman, studied CBT at King’s College London, and I have spent more than 20 years in mental-health services and private practice.
When we work on your leadership, I can also work with what sits underneath it: the pressure, the self-doubt, the patterns that quietly shape how you lead. I draw on CBT, DBT, psychodynamic and systemic training, and on lived experience as much as theory, as an immigrant and as the father of an autistic son.
I am not easily intimidated by seniority, and I will challenge you as readily as I support you.
The things senior clients usually want to know before they enquire.
Most executive coaches come from a business background with a coaching qualification on top. I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist as well as an EMCC executive coach, so alongside the frameworks I can work with the psychology underneath them: the inner critic, decision paralysis, conflict avoidance and the slow slide toward burnout. Frameworks on the surface, clinical depth underneath.
It is executive coaching, informed by more than 20 years of clinical practice. We focus on your leadership, your performance and the patterns that get in their way. If at some point therapy becomes the better fit, I will say so, and you can switch pathways with the same person you already trust.
From £350 a session. Tailored executive packages are available on enquiry. We work week to week with no programme lock-in, and most clients notice meaningful change within 6 to 8 sessions.
Strictly confidential. As a UKCP-registered psychotherapist I am bound by a professional code of ethics and ongoing clinical supervision, a higher standard of duty of care than coaching alone requires
Most clients notice meaningful change within 6 to 8 sessions. We review progress regularly and keep the work to what is genuinely useful, rather than locking you into a fixed programme.
