I understand what it means to feel stuck, overlooked, or uncertain if healing is truly possible. My approach to therapy is not just built on textbooks; it is forged through a deep, personal understanding of resilience and the human capacity for change.
My own path began when I arrived in the UK as an immigrant. I spent years balancing intensive psychotherapy training with long hours of work to fund my clinical education.
During this time, my son was diagnosed with autism and faced exclusion from multiple schools. Despite being told to lower our expectations, my wife and I remained steadfast in our belief in his potential. Today, he holds two Master’s degrees from leading universities and works alongside me in our family-run health care business.
This lived experience, of holding hope when systems fail, is the foundation of my clinical practice. With over 20 years of experience across the NHS and private practice, I bring a high level of clinical rigor to my work. My training includes some of the UK’s most prestigious institutions:
In our sessions, I combine this clinical depth with a genuine, empathic understanding of life’s struggles. Whether you are navigating trauma, neurodiversity, or long-standing emotional patterns, I provide a safe, contained space to help you process the past and find a sustainable way forward.
If you are ready to explore the roots of your challenges with someone who understands the weight of the journey, it would be my privilege to support you.
A couple of lines is enough. You do not need the right words.

Traditional therapy can sometimes feel detached. My approach is rooted in the reality of your everyday life: your culture, your career, and your unique family dynamics, informed by my own journey as an immigrant and a father.
Rather than sticking to one rigid school of thought, I draw from over a decade of NHS experience. With experience in CBT, DBT, analytical and family psychotherapy, I ensure your treatment is as complex and nuanced as you are.
Many therapists focus only on the “why.” While we explore the deep psychological roots of your blocks, we also map out the “route” forward, drawing upon my background in education to ensure insights lead to tangible life changes.
You don’t need to be at a breaking point to seek help. I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone, from those navigating deep trauma to individuals who simply want to understand themselves better and unlock their potential.
Traditional frameworks often overlook the impact of heritage and neurodiversity. I provide a space that fiercely advocates for your unique identity, honoring the specific challenges faced by immigrant families and neurodivergent individuals.
While traditional therapy can feel open-ended, my approach is purposeful. We work toward emotional resolution with a focus on sustainable, life-changing results that move you from surviving to truly thriving.
