Contract Form

This contract outlines the terms and conditions for our therapeutic work together. Please read the following information carefully. By starting therapy, you agree to these terms, which ensure a safe, professional, and confidential environment.

1. Confidentiality

I adhere to the Code of Ethics of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) to ensure your privacy and confidentiality. What you share during our sessions will remain strictly confidential.

3. Supervision

As part of professional practice, I attend regular supervision sessions to ensure the quality and effectiveness of therapy. These discussions are also confidential, and no identifying information about you will be shared.

I maintain brief written notes of our sessions for reference and to track therapeutic progress. These records are stored securely and are accessible only to me

Recording therapy sessions—whether in-person or online—is strictly prohibited under the UKCP Code of Ethics.

6. Complexity of Therapy Practice

If therapy evolves into areas beyond the agreed scope of practice, I reserve the right to end our sessions. Should this occur, I will discuss my concerns with you and recommend alternative services or specialists to better support your needs.

7. Timekeeping and Attendance

Consistency is essential for effective therapy. Sessions are scheduled at the same time each week to ensure continuity and progress.
