Support that fits you:
Neurodiversity-aware, culturally sensitive support, without judgement
Build momentum with practical tools for confidence, boundaries and consistency
Over the surface, everything seems fine in your life, but deep down, you’re struggling with yourself. Work pressure, relationship strain, old patterns you thought you’d outgrown; something has to shift.
Maybe you’ve tried therapy; maybe you’ve read the books, done the journaling, built morning routines. Some of it might have helped.
But you’re still here, still cycling through the same patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, burning out, pulling back.
Here’s what I’ve learnt after a decade in the NHS: insight alone doesn’t create lasting change. You need depth AND direction.
That’s why I combine therapeutic understanding with solution-focused coaching. We’ll get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck, providing you with practical tools to move forward.
Goal
Calmer days. Clearer thinking. A life that finally feels like yours.
I can help you overcome the fears and obstacles in your life.
About Me
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, doubted, and unsure if things will ever change.
I arrived in the UK as an immigrant, working days and evenings while struggling to pay my psychotherapy training fees. When my son was diagnosed with autism and excluded from multiple schools, everyone said to I and my wife to lower our expectations; we didn’t.
We believed in him fiercely, and today he has two Master’s degrees from top Universities and currently he’s working with me in our family-run home care business.
That experience is at the heart of how I coach. With over 20 years’ experience in the NHS and private practice, and training from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust and King’s College London, I combine clinical depth with real understanding of what it takes to transform your life.
If you’re ready for someone who’s been through struggle and knows the way forward, I’d be honoured to support you.
Sabbir’s professionalism and expertise have been instrumental in navigating various aspects of my life. What sets Sabbir apart is his commitment to empowering his clients. He provides practical tools and strategies that extended beyond our sessions, contributing significantly to my personal growth and resilience in everyday life.

I came to the UK as an immigrant, worked days and nights while training, and raised a son with autism in a system that often doubted him. This lived experience shapes how I support every client.
I’m a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and therapeutic coach (EMCC) with decades in NHS and community mental health, working with thousands of people facing complex emotional and life challenges.
I’ve walked the journey from diagnosis to adulthood with my autistic son, who now works alongside me in our home-care company, and after many years in an NHS neuro team, I specialise in supporting neurodivergent clients.
I work with students, carers, professionals and leaders alike. If I could move forward despite my own obstacles, I believe, with the right support, that you can too.
I pay attention to culture, faith and identity, drawing on my own diverse background, so you never have to leave any part of yourself at the door.
We set practical goals like in coaching but also work on the deeper patterns that keep you stuck, so change is sustainable rather than a brief boost.
I offer face-to-face coaching in Central London and online sessions for clients across the UK (and internationally). You can choose what best supports your schedule, privacy, and consistency.

A simple 3-step process to lasting change
Get to the root
In our first extended session, we explore your story in depth—your background, strengths, challenges, and the patterns that keep showing up. Together, we identify the root of what’s been holding you back, so we know exactly what we’re working with.
Create your system
Based on what we discover, we design a personalised structure—practical strategies, habits, and boundaries that fit your real life. I hold you accountable to the changes you want to make, so progress becomes consistent, not accidental.
Strengthen & sustain
As you put your system into practice, we track what’s working and what needs adjusting. I support you through the difficult moments—so new patterns take root and lasting change becomes your new normal.
Take action for the person you want to be
With Sabbir’s support, my confidence soared and within six months my income had grown fivefold

We won’t promise miracles. But drawing on my work as a psychotherapist and therapeutic coach, many clients report:
If you’re ready to reach your full potential, take the first step today.
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from coaching.
Many of my clients are capable, successful people who’ve hit a wall: they’re burned out, second-guessing themselves, or just feel like something’s off.
Coaching isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about getting the clarity and support to move forward when you can’t quite do it on your own.
Books and podcasts give you information. Coaching gives you traction. The difference is that I’m working with your specific situation, not giving generic advice.
I’ve worked with thousands of people through the NHS and private practice, and I’ve seen the same thing over and over: people don’t struggle because they lack knowledge. They struggle because something deeper is keeping them stuck.
That’s what we work on together.
The most common things I help with are burnout and exhaustion, career transitions or feeling stuck professionally, confidence and self-esteem struggles, ADHD-related challenges, and relationship patterns that keep repeating.
But the thread connecting most of my clients is the same: they’re holding it all together on the outside while running on empty underneath. If that sounds familiar, this is for you.
If you’ve done therapy, you’ve probably already developed a good understanding of yourself and your patterns.
Coaching builds on that. Instead of exploring the past, we focus on what you want to create going forward; your goals, the obstacles in the way, and the practical steps to get there.
Because I’m a psychotherapist as well as a coach, I can draw on both approaches. If something from your history is relevant, we address it, but we don’t camp there or otherwise dwell on it.
Coming from a psychotherapy background, I’ve spent over a decade working in the NHS with people facing genuinely complex emotional challenges.
That gives me a depth of understanding that goes beyond surface-level coaching techniques. I can spot when a mindset block is actually an old emotional wound. I understand how anxiety actually works in the brain, not just how to reframe it. And because I draw on evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT and systemic thinking, the strategies I offer have real science behind them.
