Every individual’s journey is unique. Some clients see significant progress in 10-12 sessions; others benefit from longer-term work. We’ll review your progress regularly and adjust as needed.
Yes. I offer secure video sessions for clients anywhere in the UK (and internationally, if time zones align). Some clients prefer in-person work at my London clinic; others opt for the convenience of virtual sessions.
Emergency sessions are reserved for clients experiencing acute distress—for example, overwhelming anxiety, suicidal thoughts, or a major life crisis. In a 60- or 90-minute slot, we’ll focus on immediate stabilization, safety planning, and connecting you with any additional resources you may need.
Yes—couple therapy can be conducted via video if both partners are in separate locations or prefer virtual work. We’ll use guidelines specific to online couple work to ensure privacy and effectiveness.
