Build momentum with proven tools for confidence, clarity, and consistency
Scientifically-based, culturally sensitive support without judgment
After more than a decade working as a psychotherapist in the NHS alongside working at my private practice, I have learned that healing and growth come in many shapes and sizes.
Some clients stride straight into deep therapy, while others hesitate at the doorway, worried that therapy will unearth more than they feel ready to face. However, many clients have one thing in common: they crave for clarity, change in their lives and above all, the urge to thrive.
This is why I now blend my years of clinical wisdom with the forward-thinking, energetic platform of coaching. Drawing upon my mental health training from various world-renowned institutes, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), analytical psychotherapy, DBT, and systemic/family work, I blend an evidence-based approach to psychotherapy with a focused, goal-directed approach towards coaching.
As a therapeutic coaching, I help clients to move forward in their lives through further guidance (according to their individual, unique requirements) and support, promising a much better future where their dreams come true.
We all face unique challenges in our lives, which differ from person to person. These can include financial challenges such as debt, low income or paying off a mortgage, alongside emotional and/or physical challenges. No matter what type of difficulty we are facing, we all wish for a resolution to the challenges we are facing.
As the most unique species on Earth, we as human beings have limitless potential to live our dream lives—whether that means attaining financial security, building fulfilling relationships, or achieving milestones in education and careers; the list can go on and on. Yet, many people do not believe they can achieve life’s successes, often thinking they must be somehow ‘gifted’ or ‘lucky.’ Through therapeutic coaching, individuals can begin to shift these limiting beliefs and recognize their true capabilities.

Reset pace and boundaries, rebuild energy, and design work and life that support recovery.

Quiet the inner critic, practise courageous actions, and build self‑belief you can rely on.

Gentle habit change, movement and sleep routines, and realistic plans that meet your season of life.

Brain‑friendly systems, time and focus tools, and strengths‑based planning without masking or shame.

Support for teens and young adults: goals, motivation, study skills and steady self‑confidence.

Improve communication, repair ruptures, align expectations and practise boundaries for kinder connection.

Clarity, prioritisation and decision‑making; meeting rhythms and deep‑work habits that scale your impact.

Founder support: focus and runway planning, co‑founder alignment, hiring decisions and pitch practice.
I can help you overcome the fears and obstacles in your life.
About Me
I know what it’s like to feel stuck, doubted, and unsure if things will ever change.
I arrived in the UK as an immigrant, working days and evenings while struggling to pay my psychotherapy training fees. When my son was diagnosed with autism and excluded from multiple schools, everyone said to I and my wife to lower our expectations; we didn’t.
We believed in him fiercely, and today he has two Master’s degrees from top Universities and currently he’s working with me in our family-run home care business.
That experience is at the heart of how I coach. With over 20 years’ experience in the NHS and private practice, and training from the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust and King’s College London, I combine clinical depth with real understanding of what it takes to transform your life.
If you’re ready for someone who’s been through struggle and knows the way forward, I’d be honoured to support you.
I work with you in the context of your everyday life—your relationships, career, and personal goals, not abstract concepts
Drawing upon my mental health training from various world-renowned institutes, including CBT, analytical psychotherapy, DBT, and systemic/family work.
My combined background in therapy and coaching means I recognise the psychological roots of blocks that other coaches may miss.
I am here to say that anybody can be successful and excel in their chosen field of endeavour, despite life's various challenges.
I honour your unique background, beliefs, and life experiences—coaching that respects who you are.
Success is a life-changing, very powerful decision, which can separate an individual from the crowd.
I offer face-to-face coaching in Central London and online sessions for clients across the UK (and internationally). You can choose what best supports your schedule, privacy, and consistency.

A simple 3-step process to lasting change
Clarify your vision
In our first sessions, we identify your goals, explore what’s been holding you back, and uncover patterns, using tools such as strengths-based coaching, mindset exploration, and clarifying your values.
Create your system
Based on my training in CBT, DBT, and analytical approaches, we build sustainable habits, mental frameworks, and strategies tailored to your unique situation.
Strengthen & sustain
Having walked this path myself, I know what it takes to move forward when life feels stacked against you. If you’re ready to turn your possibilities into reality, I’d be honoured to support you.
With Sabbir’s support, my confidence soared and within six months my income had grown fivefold

Every journey is unique, but clients often experience meaningful shifts in these areas:
...so that you can take decisive action in your career, relationships, and personal life.
Through therapeutic coaching, individuals can begin to shift these limiting beliefs and recognize their true capabilities.
Learn tools to manage stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions effectively.
Create harmony between what you want and how you live your daily life.
No. Therapeutic coaching is forward-focused and goal-oriented, helping you create practical change in your life. While I draw on therapeutic principles, we work on achieving specific outcomes rather than processing past trauma. If deep therapeutic work is needed, I can guide you to appropriate support.
Most coaches work on goals and accountability. That’s valuable, but I go further. Because I’m trained as a psychotherapist, I can help you understand why you’ve been stuck, not just what to do about it. We look at the patterns, beliefs and emotional blocks underneath the surface, and we work with them rather than around them. The result is change that actually sticks, rather than a brief boost that fades after a few weeks.
Therapeutic coaching integrates psychological understanding with coaching methodology. My clinical background means that I can recognise emotional patterns and blocks that traditional life coaches may not be trained to address, providing deeper, more sustainable results.
Yes. I offer face-to-face sessions at my practices in Angel (EC1) and Harley Street (W1). I also offer secure online sessions for those who prefer flexibility.
Many of my clients mix in-person and online therapy sessions depending on their schedule and commitments.
Most of my coaching clients see real shifts within 6 sessions.
Some people want a shorter, focused block to work on one specific challenge.
Others prefer a longer programme to work through several areas of their life.
We can discuss what feels right on the discovery call, and work towards an arrangement that suits you and your needs.
The discovery call is a free 15-minute conversation where we discuss what you’re looking for, whether therapeutic coaching is right for you, and answer any questions. There’s no obligation—it’s simply a chance to see if we’re a good fit.
Availability varies, but I typically can schedule your first session within 1-2 weeks of your discovery call.
