Confidence & Mindset Coaching

If self‑doubt keeps turning the volume down on your life, this coaching track is for you. Confidence & Mindset Coaching gives you a structured, encouraging space to quiet the inner critic, practise micro‑courage, and follow through on what matters—without needing open‑ended therapy.

Confidence-Mindset-Coaching
right for you

Is this right for you?

This track is a good fit if you:

  • Second‑guess yourself or avoid opportunities because of fear of failure/visibility;
  • Struggle with perfectionism, people‑pleasing, or rumination;
  • Want practical tools to speak up, set boundaries and back decisions;
  • Keep starting but not finishing personal or professional goals;
  • Prefer short, focused sessions with clear next steps.

What we’ll focus on

I combine psychological insight with practical coaching so you can shift both thinking and behaviour. Together, we will:

  • Map the inner critic and build kinder, reality‑based self‑talk;
  • Practise micro‑courage—small, repeatable actions that compound into confidence;
  • Design a daily confidence ritual (5–7 minutes) to anchor your day and track wins;
  • Increase visibility skills (speaking up, sharing ideas, asking for what you need);
  • Set and hold boundaries while staying calm and respectful;
  • Create momentum with simple planning tools that reduce avoidance and perfectionism.

You’ll leave each session with 1–3 specific actions and a way to measure progress.

How sessions usually flow

Every session flexes to your needs. Typically we’ll arrive and choose a focus that matters today, explore what’s helping or getting in the way, and test one or two tools (reframing, scripting, planning, regulation). We’ll finish by agreeing realistic next steps you feel confident to try. Many clients like a weekly or fortnightly rhythm for steady momentum.

It’s coaching informed by psychotherapy skills. If deeper clinical work would serve you better, I’ll recommend a therapy pathway and we can switch.
