Founder & Startup Coaching

Building a company is exciting—and exhausting. You’re making big calls, carrying other people’s hopes, and trying to think clearly while your day fills with interruptions. Founder & Startup Coaching gives you a calm, practical space to steady yourself, make better decisions, and lead in a way that feels true to you. Sessions are short, focused, and end with clear next steps.

right for you

Is this right for you?

This track is a good fit if you:

  • feel pulled in ten directions and rarely touch the work that matters most;
  • are juggling fundraising, hiring, launches or compliance and feel the strain;
  • notice tension with a co‑founder or key team member and want a healthier way forward;
  • struggle to switch off, sleep, or recover after long days;
  • want straightforward tools and accountability—not buzzwords.

I work with founders and small teams across tech, fintech and purpose‑led startups at early and growth stages.

What we’ll focus on

My approach blends psychological insight with simple, durable habits. Together, we will:

  • Get clear on priorities so your week reflects what truly moves the needle.
  • Create a gentle planning rhythm—a weekly reset and a short daily plan with two or three must‑dos.
  • Protect focus time and reduce interruptions from email, chat and meetings.
  • Make decisions you can stand by using a straightforward step‑by‑step method.
  • Improve communication—clean, honest updates for investors and your team; clearer requests and boundaries.
  • Support co‑founder alignment—roles, expectations and fair ways to disagree and repair.
  • Build sustainability—sleep and stress tools, rest that actually works, and boundaries that hold during launches and travel.

You’ll leave each session with 1–3 realistic actions and a simple way to track progress.

How sessions usually flow

Every founder is different. We’ll start by checking what’s most pressing this week, pick one useful focus, try a tool or two (for example, a one‑page weekly plan, a decision map or a meeting tidy‑up), then agree small next steps to test before we meet again. Many founders prefer a weekly or fortnightly rhythm to keep momentum.

Format

Optional: brief co‑founder or manager sessions by agreement.
